Rule4 Benefits Overview

We believe in putting life first and living passionately, and our benefits back that up. With our nine-9s work schedule, you get every other Friday off, meaning you've got tons of extended weekends for skiing, camping, traveling, and relaxing. Our ski pass/wilderness pursuit benefit gives you $900 toward getting outside and enjoying Colorado's beautiful outdoors. We also cover 100% of a robust health insurance plan, and offer a 401K with matching and an employee ownership program. Our staff are family and deserve every benefit and perk within reach.
