Lead hands-on development and validation of travel demand models and transit forecasts using statistical and programming tools; manage projects, client relationships, and staff; support business development and present technical findings.

Lead and manage transit and mobility market research projects and small teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Drive business development, client relationships, and industry engagement. Oversee project portfolios, mentor staff, and contribute technical analyses using statistical tools. Provide strategic guidance, issue mitigation, and recruitment to grow the practice.
