Provides administrative support for HR operations, focusing on onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, HRIS and employee record maintenance, benefits coordination, employment verifications, employee inquiries, and offboarding. Coordinates orientations, schedules meetings, tracks required documentation, supports payroll-related updates, and maintains confidentiality while ensuring accurate and compliant HR processes.

Sources and screens remote and offshore medical and safety professionals across the U.S. Builds talent pipelines, conducts candidate outreach, reviews qualifications and credentials, supports recruiters with scheduling and ATS updates, maintains compliant candidate records, and delivers a positive candidate experience. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, independent work capabilities, and familiarity with recruiting, sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for offshore and field-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, credential collection, background checks, and onboarding. Build talent pools, assess offshore certifications, medicals, availability, and mobilisation requirements, maintain accurate ATS records, and provide responsive candidate support. Partner with project managers and operational teams to meet urgent staffing needs, improve recruitment processes, and maintain strong offshore talent networks.

Provides emergency and urgent medical care at offshore worksites while serving as a QHSE and EHS advisor. Responsibilities include maintaining medical facilities and records, managing evacuations, conducting health screenings and testing, delivering first-aid training, monitoring safety compliance, supporting investigations, and coordinating health and safety programs.
