Develop and execute an events roadmap, manage budgets and success metrics, lead end-to-end event execution, establish strategic ecosystem partnerships, engage Rho customers, and represent the brand. The role requires strong local startup networks, hands-on community-building experience, data-driven program optimization, and familiarity with B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.
