Partners with business leaders and employees on HR strategy, employee relations, investigations, engagement, workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, talent development, compensation, and change initiatives. Advises and coaches managers, implements HR best practices, leads strategic projects, and manages the company-wide internship program. The role requires business travel and vehicle use, along with broad HR experience and strong judgment.

Leads multidisciplinary geothermal projects from kickoff through closeout, managing scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, quality, contracts, and deliverables. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates technical teams and subcontractors, monitors financial performance, supports proposals and business development, and mentors team members. Ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Deliver geospatial data management, spatial analysis, cartography, and GIS solutions using Esri tools and scripting. Support asset management, publish web apps/services, automate workflows with Python/ArcPy, and collaborate with project teams and clients.
