Provides administrative and logistical support to Install Managers throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinates customers, installers, subcontractors, vendors, materials, labor, schedules, service requests, permits, contracts, and documentation. Delivers customer service, resolves issues, maintains project records, and helps ensure installations remain on schedule and operate efficiently.

Supports the sales department by onboarding new customer files, auditing paperwork and pricing, conducting welcome calls, verifying CRM data and collecting required documents and signatures. Maintains specialized reports, records, and files, and compiles weekly completed-job lists and project photos for portfolio purposes. Requires Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience, strong communication and customer service skills, problem-solving ability, multitasking, prioritization, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
