Serve as sole legal operations lead across a creative agency group: draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts; manage employment documentation and corporate records; run privacy and compliance programs (GDPR/CCPA); support M&A diligence; build legal templates, workflows, and AI-enabled self-service processes; coordinate with outside counsel and HR/Finance.

Manage client relationships and lead paid media strategy and execution for e-commerce and DTC clients. Coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze cross-channel performance, produce bi-weekly reports, and continuously optimize media mix to meet client growth objectives.

Lead creative production and lifecycle email/SMS execution for DTC clients. Translate strategy into briefs, collaborate with copy/design/PM teams, build and QA emails, flows, and audience segments in ESPs, schedule and deploy campaigns, troubleshoot platform issues, and maintain organized account setups.

Develop performance-focused creative strategies and high-impact concepts (hook, angle, CTA) aligned to ROAS/CPA goals. Create actionable briefs, collaborate with media, creative, and account teams, analyze data to inform strategy, present to clients, and ensure quality of creative deliverables.

Design and execute conversion-focused email and SMS creative for a range of clients. Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and channel leads to create on-brand, high-performing emails, conduct QA on deliverables, and stay current on email design best practices to drive engagement and revenue.
