Own strategic account development and enterprise sales across mining and industrial markets. Build pipelines, map complex organizations, develop executive relationships, lead long-cycle multi-stakeholder deals, represent Realm at conferences and site visits, and provide customer insights to influence product, pricing, and positioning. The role requires selling bespoke technology solutions to large industrial enterprises and supporting pilots that can expand into multi-site, multi-year agreements.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting across mining and industrial accounts through calls, email, and LinkedIn. Qualify leads, uncover business needs, book meetings, maintain accurate CRM records, and hand off opportunities to sales. Develop product and market expertise, refine messaging and objection handling, and progress toward discovery calls, demos, and a full-cycle sales role.

Software Engineering Interns contribute to production TypeScript backend features, applied AI and computer vision pipelines, and end-to-end deployments to active mining sites. Responsibilities include using LLMs, AWS Rekognition, TensorFlow, Kubernetes, and CI/CD; translating user challenges into product features; and collaborating closely with senior engineers and leadership. The role is fully remote and emphasizes ownership, autonomy, and shipping real-world software.
