Summer interns participate in a 12-week program tailored to construction management, HR, marketing, finance, or IT. Construction-focused interns gain experience with field operations, project management, Procore, safety protocols, blueprint reading, superintendent shadowing, and job-site visits. Other tracks include recruiting, branding, financial reporting, accounting, helpdesk support, hardware and software deployment, and network maintenance.

Supports commercial construction project management under the direction of a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer. Responsibilities include updating schedules, processing submittals and RFIs, assisting with subcontractor procurement, coordinating project delivery, and supporting project closeout. This entry-level role provides foundational experience for advancement to Senior Project Engineer.
