Own Juno’s product operations and customer support systems, including launch readiness, customer testing, change management, communication, Linear project tracking, issue triage, escalations, and feedback analysis. Partner with product and engineering to surface risks, manage dependencies, improve shipping processes, and convert recurring customer friction into actionable improvements. Build AI-powered workflows, automations, knowledge systems, and self-service experiences to improve operational efficiency and support quality.

The Account Manager will manage relationships with 150-200 commercial customers, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities through strategic conversations and collaboration.

Engage with customers through calls, email, and chat; diagnose issues across payments, cards, travel, bank linking, and accounting integrations; manage escalations across internal teams; use and improve AI-powered CX tools; communicate clearly with customers; and build process improvements, automations, SOPs, and knowledge-base updates.
