Drive Rain's mid-enterprise sales pipeline: prospect, qualify, and close deals with C-level stakeholders. Present complex fintech/HR solutions, manage sales lifecycle, maintain market knowledge, and build strategic customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Support Customer Success operations by coordinating between customers and internal teams, performing scheduled operational tasks, troubleshooting with Analytics, streamlining processes, documenting procedures, escalating issues to Product/Engineering, and assisting CSMs with growth initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Lead and scale Rain’s product design across mobile, employer web portal, and admin tools. Own the design system and visual language, drive UI/UX for AI assistants, card and lending products, and direct marketing collateral. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to define requirements and ship features, manage freelance motion designers, and hire at least one designer by year-end.

Develop and grow Rain's enterprise sales pipeline, engage SDRs, build C-level relationships, present solutions, manage complex technology deals, and close partnerships with industry leaders.

Lead GTM revenue operations: design and administer compensation plans, build revenue dashboards, own HubSpot architecture and integrations, administer GTM systems, drive AI-powered automation, and optimize sales processes across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.

Manage enterprise customers end-to-end to ensure value from Rain Instant Pay: develop success plans, lead cross-functional projects, support implementations and sales transitions, act as customer point of contact, drive retention and expansion, and help create client success stories and references.

Generate outbound pipeline through high-volume prospecting (calls, email, social), research and personalize outreach, qualify leads, schedule meetings for AEs, maintain CRM hygiene, hit KPIs, iterate messaging, and collaborate cross-functionally while participating in coaching.

Lead and own end-to-end product and marketing design across mobile app, employer web portal, and admin tools. Maintain and scale the design system, drive new initiatives (AI assistant, card products, lending, PFM), direct marketing and motion design, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM, and grow the design team.
