The Program/Product Manager oversees program health, manages Agile software development teams, engages with DoD stakeholders, and drives mission success while adapting to shifting priorities.

Design, implement, and operate secure cloud-native CI/CD pipelines and cluster/application lifecycles using Kubernetes/Docker and GitOps. Ensure deployments meet STIG/DOD security standards, build automation and IaC, integrate log/analytics, and collaborate with clients to deliver DevSecOps solutions.

Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable platform infrastructure across cloud/on-prem/hybrid. Lead IaC, Kubernetes platform operations, CI/CD automation, GitOps workflows, observability, and automation to ensure resilient, compliant multi-tenant application delivery while collaborating with software and security teams.

Lead technical design and execution for an AI/ML mission platform: drive architecture decisions, lead major engineering epics, simplify distributed systems, optimize edge and cloud performance, mentor engineers, integrate ML models and inference pipelines, and represent technical capabilities to DoD stakeholders.

The Growth Strategy Associate supports product development and market research for defense technology, coordinating opportunities and gathering feedback to inform strategy.
