Build Quince’s greenfield, AI-native supply chain planning platform from architecture through production. Own forecasting and optimization model pipelines, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, operator tooling, integrations, and AI-augmented workflows. Partner with scientists, planners, business leaders, and distributed engineering teams to translate supply chain needs into scalable systems. Set technical direction, establish engineering standards, and recruit and develop a high-performing team.

Own Quince’s global communications and proactive media strategy across business, retail, technology, and consumer press. Build journalist relationships, develop compelling story angles, lead milestone placements, and prepare executives for media engagements. Write and edit communications materials, support cross-functional launches, manage PR agencies, measure earned-media impact, and create scalable communications systems and playbooks. The role serves as the sole communications owner during Quince’s next stage of growth.

Lead sourcing for footwear and accessories in the Americas to reduce lead times and logistics costs. Scout, vet, and onboard suppliers; conduct cost analyses; train partners on Quince OS and operational expectations; drive replenishment speed, quality, and inventory targets; run business reviews and deliver margin improvements through strategic sourcing and process optimization.

The Account Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise merchandise clients, driving sales growth and relationship management.

The Principal HubSpot Architect & CRM Admin will lead HubSpot as the core platform for revenue and customer strategy, managing architecture, automation, and integrations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting strategic decisions through data insights.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable storefront ecommerce systems and APIs across backend and frontend.
