Provide advisory and analytical support to HQ CFC S3/5/7 for deliberate and crisis action planning, orders development, mission analysis, COA development, wargaming, drafting orders, preparing briefings, tracking tasks in TMT, and integrating operational equities into joint planning cycles.

Develop and document high-fidelity infrared hard body missile threat models and simulations, collaborate with stakeholders and software engineers, perform data analysis and V&V, support MDA test events, and maintain/sustain the TMC software baseline.

Design, integrate, test, and transition radar hardware for Space Domain Awareness and Missile Warning missions. Support development lifecycle, create trade studies, analyze technical data, manage obsolescence, and collaborate with government customers to deliver production-ready hardware solutions.

Support missile defense modeling and simulation by deriving requirements, developing MBSE models and processes, producing technical documentation, performing data-driven analysis and scripting, coordinating with senior engineers, briefing customers, and training users. Work onsite to support MDASim/MDST and related simulation tools.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments; automate infrastructure and testing; integrate security and code-quality tools; monitor and improve pipeline reliability; manage credential and identity solutions; collaborate with development and test teams to support distributed modeling and simulation environments.

Leads technical business development and capture activities, identifying market opportunities, developing tailored technology solutions, and cultivating client and partner relationships. Collaborates with engineering, product management, and marketing teams; leads proposals, presentations, negotiations, and contract pursuits; and tracks business development KPIs. Requires extensive technology-sector sales experience, technical communication skills, and Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret clearance.

Provide systems engineering support for M-Code aviation receivers including platform and weapons integration, requirements development and traceability, ICD development, technical analysis, trade studies, SIL testing coordination, roadmap and schedule development for PNT/NAVWAR capabilities, and preparation of technical reports.
