Provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team, including maintaining confidential employee records, managing digital files, updating HRIS data, supporting onboarding and recruitment, preparing reports, assisting with compliance documentation, responding to routine HR requests, tracking certifications and training, and supporting audits, projects, and process improvements.

Supervise and train clinical medical assistants and nurses, manage clinic workflows, vaccine and medication inventory, perform patient assessments and education, assist providers with direct care, ensure compliance with nursing/infection-control policies, conduct performance evaluations, and support quality improvement and administrative duties across clinic sites.

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care (preventive, chronic, acute) across the lifespan in a community health center. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (behavioral health, pharmacy, nursing, care coordination) within an integrated care model to improve outcomes for underserved populations, using EPIC and AI documentation tools.

Provide perinatal and gynecologic nursing case management including prenatal screening, scheduling, patient education, triage, hospital rounds, point-of-care testing, charting, community linkage, supply management, and occasional teaching (Lamaze, prematurity prevention). Maintain records, confidentiality, CPR certification, and participate in peer review and student supervision.
