Build and operate production backend services, APIs, relational data models, AI and customer integrations, asynchronous workflows, and cloud infrastructure. Debug issues across application, data, model, and infrastructure layers while contributing to architecture and engineering practices. The role requires independent project ownership, production operations experience, application security knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration in an early-stage startup.

Build and ship backend features using Python, FastAPI, Postgres, and external integrations. Develop AI agents for sourcing, enrichment, summarization, extraction, classification, and routing. Create reliable prompts and structured outputs, evaluate agent quality, and add tests, logging, and observability. Work remotely with founders and users in a fast-moving environment.

Build and launch customer-facing AI product features across the full stack. Develop React and TypeScript web applications, Python and TypeScript backend services, APIs, and PostgreSQL data models. Integrate LLMs, third-party APIs, and customer data sources; deploy and operate services on AWS; and improve performance, reliability, observability, and security. Collaborate with founders, product leaders, designers, and customers while owning projects from problem definition through production.

Conduct cold calls and outreach to candidates, build relationships, manage contact lists, and guide candidates toward successful placements. The role offers training, flexible remote work, and uncapped commission of $5,000 per placement. No prior recruiting experience is required.
