Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, visualizations, semantic models, and analytics solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, optimize queries and data models, ensure reporting accuracy and performance, and support data governance. Serve as the primary liaison for business users, provide training and troubleshooting, manage tickets, and collaborate with Data and QA teams. The role also advances AI and machine learning capabilities, mentors colleagues, and contributes to automation, documentation, and code reviews.

Designs, builds, and optimizes scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, integrations, and reporting solutions. Develops SQL, Python, and Spark data-processing solutions using Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric, while monitoring production reliability and performance. Collaborates with stakeholders, participates in code reviews, documents technical solutions, mentors junior engineers, and improves engineering practices. Requires strong data modeling, cloud data platform, Git, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Develop and deploy statistical and machine learning models, conduct exploratory analysis, forecasting, segmentation, experimentation, and AI initiatives. Translate business needs into analytical frameworks, KPIs, predictive insights, and recommendations. Collaborate with data engineering, BI, QA, and business teams to ensure data readiness, model integration, quality, governance, and auditability. Support revenue, marketing, financial, and operational decision-making through scalable analytical solutions.
