Leads the design, administration, communication, and improvement of employee benefits and compensation programs. Oversees health and welfare plans, retirement programs, compensation structures, market pricing, pay cycles, incentive plans, vendors, audits, compliance, reporting, and HR systems. Partners cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external providers while developing team members and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Leads global accounting and controllership operations, managing a 20-plus-person team across multiple countries. Oversees financial reporting, close processes, consolidations, tax compliance, audits, internal controls, cash management, banking, and covenant reporting. Partners with the CFO on financial strategy, risk management, budgets, M&A, debt, and private equity sponsor reporting. Drives accounting policy development, systems implementation, automation, process improvement, and scalable global finance operations.

Serves as PharmaLogic’s senior legal advisor and strategic partner, overseeing commercial contracts, intellectual property, litigation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, transactions, employment matters, enterprise risk, and outside counsel. The General Counsel manages the legal function, develops policies and contracting processes, supports regulated pharmaceutical and manufacturing operations, and provides practical guidance that enables growth while mitigating legal and regulatory risks.
