Lead Peak Energy’s full commercial sales lifecycle for utility-scale and distributed sodium-ion energy storage opportunities across the U.S. Build pipelines, develop strategic relationships with utilities, developers, IPPs, EPCs, and corporate energy buyers, and negotiate complex agreements. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams to create customer proposals, communicate market feedback, represent the company at industry events, and drive adoption of its grid storage systems.

The Controller will build the accounting function, manage financial reporting and audits, lead ERP implementation, and develop a high-performing accounting team in a clean energy firm.

The Project Engineer will manage technical components of renewable energy projects, including designing layouts, conducting due diligence, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Own the technical aspects of energy-storage sales opportunities from initial customer engagement through contract signature. Size and configure battery systems, build technical and financial models, lead preliminary design discussions, negotiate technical contract terms, and coordinate with customers, utilities, contractors, sales, engineering, finance, and project teams. The role also supports market analysis, product requirements, sales tools, and project handoffs.
