Designs and delivers scalable technical solutions for clients, leading implementations from concept through deployment. Evaluates business, technical, security, reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements; creates solution blueprints, business requirement documents, and solution designs; manages project milestones; optimizes existing solutions; and advises clients and internal stakeholders. The role partners with executive, product, engineering, operations, data, and go-to-market teams.

Designs scalable technical solutions and leads client implementations from concept through deployment. Develops solution blueprints, technical specifications, business requirements, and solution design documents; evaluates business, technical, security, reporting, and regulatory requirements; coordinates cross-functional teams; optimizes existing solutions; and advises clients and internal stakeholders during pre-sales and implementation.

Own the architecture and implementation of a regulated bank’s transactional core, including ledger, stablecoin issuance, reconciliation, event messaging, APIs, and microservices. Lead backend engineers, establish engineering standards, integrate sanctions screening, and ensure resilience, observability, auditability, and regulatory readiness. Partner with SRE and Security teams on multi-region availability, IAM, key management, and threat modeling while supporting UAT and external control validation.
