Manage full-cycle HR operations including Paycom HRIS/ATS administration, recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding (I-9/E-Verify), benefits and workers' comp coordination, payroll backup, associate relations, HR metrics/reporting, and process improvement across the associate lifecycle.

Lead electrical and technology construction projects from initiation through commissioning. Manage schedules, budgets, permitting, subcontracts, safety, quality, and client relationships. Oversee change orders, cost tracking, project turnover, and documentation. Train and mentor project staff, support sales efforts, and ensure compliance and site safety. Travel up to 25% and work in both office and construction site environments.
