Supports management of multifamily residential construction projects from preconstruction and procurement through closeout. Responsibilities include scheduling, subcontractor coordination, contract administration, change orders, budgeting, cost control, quality and safety compliance, documentation, and project turnover. The role coordinates owners, architects, consultants, suppliers, inspectors, and field teams while monitoring risks, resolving constructability issues, and supporting project financial performance and team development.

Lead electrical and technology construction projects from initiation through commissioning. Manage schedules, budgets, permitting, subcontracts, safety, quality, and client relationships. Oversee change orders, cost tracking, project turnover, and documentation. Train and mentor project staff, support sales efforts, and ensure compliance and site safety. Travel up to 25% and work in both office and construction site environments.

Support planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of multifamily construction projects. Manage RFIs, submittals, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, quality control, cost tracking, field coordination, and project documentation under the Project Manager and Superintendent.
