Generate net-new enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. Research target accounts, map buying committees, personalize outreach using AI tools, qualify leads against ICP and BANT/MEDDIC criteria, book qualified meetings, maintain CRM records, and partner with Account Executives and Marketing on account-based campaigns. The role requires strong communication, organization, resilience, and comfort with consultative enterprise sales cycles.

Leads and mentors a team of 4–6 engineers while contributing code and providing technical direction. Owns agile rituals, production feature delivery, technical architecture, performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and technical debt reduction. Partners with product and design teams, supports enterprise customers, and drives adoption of AI throughout software development. The role focuses on healthcare software, patient data collection, regulatory compliance, benchmarking, and integrations using HL7 and FHIR.

Lead consultative enterprise sales of PatientIQ's Data Solutions (ResearchPRO, DataPRO) to medical device, life sciences, and pharma buyers. Build pipeline, leverage executive relationships, navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals, translate clinical needs into tailored RWE and registry solutions, and partner cross-functionally to design and execute deals.
