The role is 60% clinical technician work and 40% administrative leadership, requiring coordination with physicians, staff, and department leaders to maintain efficient, compliant clinic operations.

Provide subspecialty glaucoma patient care and surgical management at a dedicated glaucoma clinic and on-site ambulatory surgery center. Manage a high surgical volume, collaborate with MD/OD colleagues, support internal and external referrals, and participate in practice growth and patient-focused initiatives.

Provide full-scope primary eyecare including comprehensive eye exams, specialty contact lenses, dry eye treatment, and general patient care across all ages in a collaborative clinic setting.
