Serve as the primary executive contact for Spend Management members, building C-suite relationships to drive savings, growth, and strategic account plans. Lead solution development, quarterly business reviews, contract performance, compliance, and cross-functional coordination. Drive renewals, conversions, and value-added service adoption while managing projects, analytics, and negotiations to meet financial and strategic objectives.

Support payer strategy and negotiations through data collection, cleaning, pipeline development, and contract modeling. Analyze reimbursement trends, benchmark rates, monitor payer performance, and produce visualizations and executive summaries to identify revenue opportunities and support negotiations.

Extract, validate, and integrate financial and clinical data from EHR and ERP systems, build and maintain SQL-based queries and pipelines, perform financial and operational analysis, support monthly close, budgeting, and reconciliations, and produce reports and dashboards to inform finance leadership while ensuring HIPAA and data governance compliance.

Lead advanced administration, configuration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. Manage instance health, modules, upgrades, integrations, scripting, security/compliance, reporting, and mentor junior admins while identifying automation and performance improvements.

Provide strategic and operational financial leadership across multiple client hospitals in a shared-services model. Partner with hospital CEOs, CFOs, and operational leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle performance, financial analytics, and margin improvement. Lead client financial reviews, mentor finance staff, support month- and year-end close, capital planning, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
