Develops performant Python software for national defense and remote sensing systems. Responsibilities include designing and deploying features, writing maintainable code, optimizing applications, troubleshooting, and managing containerized deployments with GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. The role is onsite in Boulder four days weekly and requires the ability to obtain an interim DoD Secret clearance.

Develop and deploy performant backend software, primarily in Python, for national defense and remote sensing systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize applications, troubleshoot issues, and support Agile development. Use GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, and Jira while applying DoD standards and security protocols. The role is on-site four days per week in Boulder, Colorado, and requires the ability to obtain an interim DoD Secret clearance.

Develop and maintain C++/Unreal Engine visualization software for space remote sensing. Contribute to containerized, distributed microservice architectures, collaborate with the team to deliver end-to-end features, and work on-site in Boulder. Requires active DoD Secret clearance and strong problem-solving, communication, and Linux experience. Opportunity to manage up to five direct reports and support OPIR-related systems.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, orchestrate deployments, manage containerized applications and Helm charts, integrate security scanning, troubleshoot deployments, and ensure cybersecurity protocols across development and production environments.

The Full Stack UI Developer will contribute to DoD Space Force projects, utilizing Java, JavaScript, React, and Python, ensuring compliance with DoD standards, optimizing applications, and managing projects using Gitlab.
