Build and maintain Vue.js interfaces for Openly’s insurance platform, supporting agents and internal users. Responsibilities include implementing UX initiatives, developing administration interfaces, integrating REST and GraphQL APIs, simplifying technical designs, contributing to architectural decisions, testing applications, identifying technical risks, and collaborating across product and engineering teams.

Manages independent agency relationships across Indiana and Ohio, driving premium growth, platform adoption, quoting activity, retention, and profitable production. Develops territory engagement plans, enables agencies through training and sales support, monitors portfolio performance and risks, analyzes pipeline trends, and provides market intelligence. The role requires frequent field travel, collaboration with underwriting and product teams, Salesforce activity tracking, and an active or newly obtained P&C license.

Manage independent agency partnerships across Massachusetts and Connecticut, driving premium growth, platform adoption, quoting and binding performance, and portfolio retention. Develop territory engagement plans, provide product training, coordinate sales and co-marketing strategies, analyze production and pipeline data, monitor risk indicators, and communicate market insights internally. Maintain agency activity in Salesforce while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Product, and Service teams. Requires frequent travel within the assigned territory.
