Build and evolve full-stack onX Hunt experiences across mobile applications, APIs, backend services, and data systems. Design scalable, reliable architectures; develop and support distributed microservices; troubleshoot complex issues; and write tested, maintainable code. Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and engineering teams, contribute to architectural decisions, review code, mentor engineers, and explore responsible AI-assisted workflows.

Own the onX Hunt lifecycle conversion funnel, including D7/D30 conversion, free-to-paid upgrades, and lapsed-user reactivation. Use Amplitude, behavioral segmentation, propensity models, and Braze to develop personalized email, push, and in-app campaigns. Design and analyze experiments, communicate results, collaborate cross-functionally, use AI to scale campaign workflows, and mentor junior marketers.

Lead and grow onX's Access & Stewardship program by setting strategy, overseeing grants and partnerships, directing government affairs, measuring impact, and aligning cross-functional teams. Translate policy and stewardship priorities into executable plans, manage budgets and the Adventure Forever Grant Program, represent the program externally, and coach a small team while producing executive-ready reporting and recommendations.

Lead Offroad content and data strategy: define data needs, evaluate third-party/land-manager sources, own data model/schema and content roadmap, measure content impact, manage Trail Guide program relationships, and collaborate with product, design, engineering, and partners to deliver trusted offroad content. Advocate for customer experience and integrate AI experimentation into workflows.

Lead earned media strategy and execution for Offroad and Backcountry, managing agency partners, building media relationships, crafting narratives, running media experiences, preparing spokespeople, integrating PR with cross-functional GTM efforts, monitoring coverage and sentiment, and supporting crisis communications and measurement using AI-enabled workflows.

Own strategy, roadmap, and performance of onxmaps.com and related sites to drive traffic, conversion, and engagement. Lead CRO, A/B and multivariate testing, analytics (GA4, Tableau), site health (Core Web Vitals, speed, accessibility), CMS architecture, and scalable web production processes. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage project pipeline, and oversee vendor relationships to deliver measurable growth and high-quality web experiences.

Lead growth and monetization for subscription products across mobile and web. Own purchase flows, pricing, paywalls, and experimentation. Drive roadmap for monetization infrastructure, run A/B tests, synthesize data and research, and coordinate a cross-functional pod to improve conversion and revenue.

Provide embedded, business-focused legal counsel across commercial contracting, product/privacy/regulatory matters, litigation support, and cross-functional initiatives. Draft, negotiate, and manage complex agreements; advise Product, Engineering, Partnerships, CX, Finance and Operations on risk and compliance; improve legal workflows, templates, and use of technology/AI; coordinate with outside counsel on escalations and special projects.
