The role creates client-focused technical solutions, maintains Salesforce data, forecasts pipeline activity, prepares sales reports, supports market intelligence, and travels 30–40% for conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Drive strategic growth of environmental consulting services through new business development, account expansion, client relationship management, cross-selling, proposal and RFP coordination, CRM management, presentations, conferences, and market intelligence. The role serves as a client-facing subject matter consultant, supports mobilization and operations, and requires frequent nationwide travel exceeding 50% of the time.

Supports health, safety, and environmental compliance across industrial customer sites, including refineries, chemical plants, power plants, and testing facilities. Responsibilities include auditing programs, conducting workplace inspections, investigating incidents, tracking corrective actions, reporting KPIs, developing safety communications and training, and supporting driver safety systems. The role requires familiarity with OSHA requirements, strong communication skills, independent prioritization, and willingness to travel and work in physically demanding industrial environments.
