Provide comprehensive pediatric care in a clinic setting, exercise clinical judgment, oversee medical practice areas, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, maintain current medical standards, and comply with HIPAA, Colorado regulations, and organizational policies. Physician Lead candidates will also provide clinical direction and leadership for practice operations.

Provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, surgical, preventive, and reproductive healthcare. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, diagnosis and treatment, individualized care planning, patient education, multidisciplinary collaboration, medical record maintenance, quality improvement, continuing education, and on-call coverage at Littleton and Castle Rock locations.

Provides pediatric patient care while serving as secondary physician leader for the practice. Partners with the Senior Physician Lead on clinical operations, provider engagement, quality improvement, patient experience, strategy, recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and organizational initiatives. Participates in leadership meetings and committees, supports workflow and performance improvements, and provides leadership coverage when needed.

Plans and executes marketing and communications initiatives, manages social media and website content, develops branded print and digital materials, and oversees marketing vendors, budgets, promotional supplies, and brand standards. Leads marketing support for community events, recruitment, and patient engagement while coordinating with providers, HR, practice managers, and leadership. Ensures materials meet healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA and patient-consent standards.

Supervises front office operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, patient intake, appointment coordination, billing support, collections, records management, and complaint resolution. Ensures a positive patient experience, compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies, accurate administrative workflows, and an organized clinic environment. Leads front desk staff and coordinates meetings while supporting daily opening and closing activities.
