Partner with internal business units on system enhancements, reports, policies, and servicing requirements while ensuring adherence to investor guidelines and company procedures.

Leads capital markets operations for reverse mortgage portfolios, specializing in HECM remediation, securitizations, loan sales, investor relationships, and secondary market execution. Oversees FHA, HUD, Ginnie Mae, and investor compliance, mitigates repurchase and financial risk, improves operational processes, manages loan delivery into HMBS pools, and allocates resources to direct reports. Requires extensive mortgage capital markets, securitization, trading, and leadership experience.

Leads SEC filings, regulatory and statutory reporting, accounting policy research, complex transaction analysis, internal controls, audit coordination, executive reporting, and process improvements for a publicly traded mortgage company. Partners across Finance, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Audit while managing and developing financial reporting professionals. Oversees compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements and supports board materials, earnings releases, and strategic initiatives.

Lead product strategy and full lifecycle for originations and servicing with emphasis on non-agency lending. Identify market opportunities, build investor relationships, drive go-to-market and implementation, improve customer experience, and partner cross-functionally to deliver profitable, technology-enabled growth and retention.

Lead vision, roadmap, and delivery for a digital product using agile methods. Translate business goals into epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs. Partner with cross-functional teams to define opportunities, leverage data and automation, run user research, monitor product metrics, and drive iterative launches that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
