Lead DoD-aligned cybersecurity activities including policy development, ATO/ATC documentation (SSP, SCTM, SAR), vulnerability assessments with Nessus/Tenable, incident response per AFI 17-203, RMF continuous monitoring, POA&M management, and coordination of CDS and international mission partner cybersecurity requirements.

Manage IT network infrastructure projects and task orders for the SPARTAN program, maintaining schedules, CDRLs, risk registers, and KPIs. Coordinate stakeholders, support Senior PMs on larger efforts, ensure DoD compliance, support network design/deployment, brief status and risks, and contribute to proposals and resource planning.

Lead delivery and operational integration of network monitoring, IPAM, packet and out-of-band monitoring for the SPARTAN network. Design and stand up a 24/7 NOSC, hire and develop staff, define workflows and SLAs, manage contracts/CDRLs, ensure DoD compliance, and transition capabilities to operations.

Design, implement, and manage secure GovCloud and Azure Government network architectures for DoD environments. Implement hybrid/multi-cloud connectivity, enforce DoD security standards (RMF, STIGs, Zero Trust), automate IaC provisioning, troubleshoot complex routing/connectivity issues, and produce architecture and operational documentation for enterprise and classified clouds.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, plug-ins, and integrations for enterprise collaboration (e.g., Mattermost). Integrate with internal and third-party APIs, deploy via CI/CD, resolve technical issues, and work with teams to translate workflows into secure, testable capabilities in an agile environment.
