Owns configuration management across the CROWN system lifecycle, including CM planning, configuration identification, baseline control, change management, status accounting, audits, and documentation. Establishes and facilitates a Change Control Board, manages hardware and software configuration items, and coordinates with engineering, cybersecurity, operations, installation, logistics, program management, and government stakeholders to maintain traceable, auditable, and accurate system configurations in an Agile environment.

Leads three network installation teams supporting SPARTAN node deployments. Owns staffing, resource allocation, scheduling, deployment readiness, QA/QC, documentation validation, technical escalations, and status reporting. Reviews network designs and installation requirements, coordinates with engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, COMSEC, customers, and site personnel, and provides hands-on support for complex field issues. Mentors team leads and travels to installation sites for technical support and quality audits.

Serves as the technical liaison between customers, engineering teams, and program leadership for network infrastructure initiatives. Translates mission requirements into network designs, leads requirements sessions and design reviews, coordinates engineering and security stakeholders, tracks milestones and risks, manages delivery communications, supports proposals and estimating, and maintains architecture documentation. Requires direct Government customer experience, active TS/SCI clearance, and approximately 25–50% travel.
