C-suite HR leader responsible for people strategy, workforce planning, org design, talent acquisition, leadership development, total rewards, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations. Build and mentor a lean HR team, implement HRIS and people analytics, advise the CEO and Board, and scale people systems for rapid growth and pre-IPO readiness.

Build and expand in-database ML model catalog: implement new model types, ensure framework parity with scikit-learn/Spark ML, optimize training and inference at petabyte scale, extend SQL-level linear algebra, and collaborate across teams to deliver correct, performant ML features and documentation.

Extend and harden Ocient's native geospatial engine: implement and optimize 120+ spatial functions, ensure spherical/geodetic numerical correctness, improve spatial indexing and query performance at trillion-row scale, deepen spatiotemporal operators (trajectory/interpolation), integrate geospatial features with the analytical engine, and produce design docs, tests, and benchmarks.

Build and maintain test automation, performance testing and analysis tooling for a distributed database (primarily in Python). Collaborate with stakeholders to create reproducible tests, extend developer tooling, and produce documentation and runbooks for maintainers and developers.

Drive account-based prospecting and pipeline generation into telecommunications carriers and CSPs across the Americas. Develop executive relationships, qualify opportunities, coordinate discovery with AEs, collaborate on ABM campaigns and partner channels, and use AI-powered sales tools and CRM to accelerate sales velocity and contribute to revenue targets.

Lead design and implementation of batch and stream loading systems to ingest terabytes daily. Provide technical leadership on the Streamloader team, collaborate with architects, engineers, product, sales, and customers, and develop high-performance distributed software in C++ and/or Java while ensuring system reliability and customer success.

Design and implement production ML features, close behavior gaps with common frameworks, investigate divergences, improve performance and stability, and document designs and tests for geospatial and large-scale ML workflows.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Ocients database solutions. Translate customer problems into feature specifications, prioritize high-value work, collaborate with technical PMs, sales, and marketing, drive complex projects to delivery, and engage directly with customers and partners on large-scale data ingest, warehousing, and analytics use cases.

Lead technical strategy and win execution for CSP opportunities: run discovery workshops, design OcientAIQ hybrid architectures, integrate with cloud data/AI ecosystems, orchestrate partners, author customer specifications, support pilots and production sizing, and translate field feedback into product and engineering improvements.
