Provide quality in-home infusion care and teach self-administration of specialty pharmacy therapies and injectables. Perform vascular access (SPC/PIV/Midlines, PICC/ports), SCIG, phlebotomy, lab processing, wound care, assessments, medication management, and CPR/emergency procedures. Coordinate patient care with nursing leadership, maintain documentation and infection control, travel within assigned region, work flexible/alternate shifts, and complete required skills assessments and compliance checks.

Provide in-home and outpatient infusion nursing, including administration and patient teaching of specialty pharmacy therapies, vascular access (PICC/ports/midlines), phlebotomy, wound care, assessments, and emergency procedures. Coordinate care with nursing leadership, update plans of care, follow infection control, manage supplies, and be available for travel, alternate shifts, and on-call field visits.
