Build and manage relationships with local business clients, prospect for new accounts, assess marketing needs, and develop customized advertising campaigns across broadcast TV, CTV/OTT, streaming, and digital platforms. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account management, coordinate campaign execution with internal teams, monitor media trends, and achieve revenue goals.

Leads daily broadcast and digital newsroom content, coverage decisions, editorial meetings, and staff operations. Coaches journalists, approves scripts, drives investigative and breaking-news coverage, oversees newscasts, supports elections and special projects, recruits talent, manages schedules, and partners with station leaders on strategy. Serves as acting newsroom leader in the News Director’s absence while maintaining journalistic accuracy, ethics, urgency, and a high-performance culture.
