Conducts needs and gap analyses, selects instructional methods and media, creates assessments and supportive materials, assembles online courses in the LMS, and aligns content with regulations, organizational goals, and best practices.

Process and verify federal and military student aid documents, clear ISIR issues (C-codes, UEH, conflicting data), complete verification, prepare Title IV and military fund disbursements, and escalate professional judgment cases for review.
