Lead and scale NexusOne's sales function end-to-end: set strategy and targets, build and coach a high-performing team, design repeatable processes and tooling, own forecasting and key sales metrics, close strategic enterprise deals, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive predictable revenue.

Lead technical direction across domains, solve ambiguous systems problems, improve architecture and operational rigor, mentor senior engineers, partner with product and leadership on roadmap and strategy, and write code for high-impact tasks.

Lead and grow an engineering team (5–10), balancing people leadership with technical credibility. Partner with product to deliver roadmaps, hire and coach engineers, remove blockers, run design/code reviews, and build a healthy team culture focused on shipping impactful data and AI platform work.

Partner with Sales and Product teams to design and demo NX1 data platform solutions, lead POCs and onboarding, define architecture and product roadmap, and provide technical guidance and best practices for enterprise data and AI/ML workloads.

Own enterprise sales cycles for NexusOne: prospect and develop new business, engage C-level stakeholders, present data and AI solutions with technical teams, negotiate and close deals, manage pipeline/CRM, provide market insights, collaborate cross-functionally, advise executive leadership, lead strategic initiatives, and serve as primary communication hub across stakeholders.
