Leads complex OEM and enterprise technology programs from planning through launch. Coordinates Product, Engineering, UX, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders; manages roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, RAID logs, technical reviews, release readiness, and executive communications. Evaluates enhancement requests and partners with Product and Engineering on scalable solutions. Drives process improvements, reporting, retrospectives, and operational efficiency while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Supports monthly financial consolidations, US GAAP financial statements, disclosures, reporting packages, account mappings, journal entries, audits, SOX controls, and process improvements. Partners with accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, financial systems, and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Leads the IAM function and develops security strategies, standards, architectures, and operations for user, machine, and privileged identities. Oversees IAM, PAM, IGA, and secrets management solutions across hybrid environments; automates account lifecycle and access provisioning; secures Microsoft 365; partners with technology and product teams; measures compliance; and provides tier 2/3 support for identity technologies.

Manages and scales a regional platform specialist team supporting pre-sales activities. Develops data-driven resource plans, performance standards, coaching programs, and operational processes. Oversees hiring, training, goal setting, performance management, sales-process adherence, utilization reporting, and employee development. Collaborates with operations and product marketing to coordinate training and certifications, using analytics to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Requires up to 35% travel.

Owns the product lifecycle from ideation through end-of-life, translating product vision and customer feedback into prioritized epics, features, and user stories. Manages agile backlogs, partners with engineering and Scrum teams, supports product releases and business cases, monitors success metrics, and collaborates with product marketing and other Product Managers to align strategy and customer outcomes.

Support sales by providing payments expertise, demos, and technical guidance; collaborate with product and merchants for integrations; drive new business, train sales teams, and ensure compliant implementations while managing client relationships and attending industry events.

Drive conquest sales and strategic partnerships with national, state, and regional automotive dealer associations to grow EVR market share. Generate qualified opportunities, negotiate large deals, execute strategic sales plans, meet revenue and profitability targets, and coordinate cross-functional teams through contracting and onboarding. Maintain industry expertise and represent CVR/CDK solutions. Frequent travel required to engage key customers and associations.
