Lead revenue growth for Specialty Capture products (RF, robotics, specialty cameras). Own targets, pursue and close complex technical sales across sports, broadcast and live events. Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, develop pricing and proposals, partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions, coach sales team, and represent NEP at industry events. Frequent customer visits and extensive travel required.

Lead AV systems integration projects from award to handover, managing scope, budget, schedule, contracts, documentation, risks, on-site delivery, commissioning and client sign-off while coordinating engineering, procurement, installation and service teams.

Lead and manage technical operations for mobile broadcast units at remote production sites. Oversee builds, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, live support, and teardown. Serve as on-site technical authority and client contact, direct engineering crews, schedule staff, ensure maintenance and asset management, coordinate logistics, complete post-event reports, and support upgrades and repairs to meet broadcast engineering standards.

Design and document scalable TFC platform architectures, create reference architectures and reusable templates, support RFIs/RFPs and internal pre-sales, translate business requirements into actionable designs, document integrations and interfaces, and contribute to post-project reviews to improve solution design processes.
