Develop spatial AI and perception systems for autonomous mobile robots operating in dynamic warehouses and yards. Train and evaluate models using real multimodal fleet data, improve 3D scene representations and state estimation, and develop evaluation methods. Take research concepts from literature through on-vehicle validation and productionization, collaborating with software and test engineering on data, annotation, calibration, monitoring, and simulation infrastructure.

Manage 3–5 concurrent technical projects involving customer deployments, suppliers, partners, and internal product development. Build project plans, track milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, and acceptance criteria; coordinate cross-functional teams; lead project reviews; escalate blockers; drive corrective actions; and provide status reporting. The role also supports agile development, supplier coordination, customer commitments, process improvement, and project closeout. Primarily on-site in Broomfield, Colorado, with up to 30% domestic and international travel.
