Manage a full client travel portfolio delivering high-touch service using R&M and Navan technology. Book and manage air, rail, car, hotel, ferry, black car and charter reservations; drive cost savings, ensure policy compliance, monitor bookings, provide first-line support for mixed-mode (online/offline) bookings, and maintain SLAs and quality-control standards.

Provide end-to-end venue sourcing and high-touch client liaison for events across the US. Build client and internal partnerships, negotiate venue terms, maximize revenue and ROI, maintain project documentation, generate leads, and continually update product knowledge through site visits and training.

Lead global pre-sales and onboarding strategy, direct senior managers across Pre-Sales and Implementation, partner with Sales to institutionalize GO&S participation, shorten client time-to-value, govern scope and tiers, build data-driven reporting, and serve as executive escalation for high-value deals and complex implementations.

Provide best-in-class travel support across chat, call, and email; manage hotel, flight, car and rail bookings; maintain supplier and system knowledge; resolve issues within SLA; advise on fares, ticketing, and compliance; provide feedback to product teams and meet performance metrics.

Serve as primary client liaison for Event Travel, providing end-to-end travel support, fare and booking management, program coordination from post-sale to billing, troubleshooting using agent tools, maintaining documentation and SLAs, training on travel platforms, and supporting team leads to maximize revenue and client ROI.

Lead pre-sales scoping and embed operational experts into late-stage enterprise sales to simplify service tiers, protect margins, enforce scoping integrity, publish pre-sales collateral, and govern pre-sales metrics. Partner with Product, Pricing, Sales, and Enablement to translate operations into commercial narratives and reduce onboarding friction while advancing AI-first capabilities.
