Support underwriting operations by designing, implementing and maintaining business and system processes. Perform day-to-day process operations, process evaluations, compliance checks, account setups, WIP monitoring, and stakeholder support. Drive continuous process improvement, support redesign initiatives, mentor others, and coordinate process-related projects and vendor relationships.

Investigate, evaluate and negotiate management liability and specialty lines claims (E&O, D&O, EPL). Provide advanced customer service and technical support for personal lines insurance via phone and email. Resolve complex inquiries, consult on policy options, cross-sell/up-sell, mentor peers, and support agencies. Maintain product expertise, obtain required state licenses, and recommend process improvements.

Investigate and manage multi-state workers' compensation claims including compensability, benefits calculation, reserves, medical management, return-to-work, litigation oversight, subrogation, and Medicare reporting. Provide customer service, negotiate settlements, document activity in claims system, and partner with internal specialists and outside counsel to resolve claims.

Underwrite and manage the largest, most complex middle-market commercial lines accounts (Agribusiness focus). Perform risk analysis, pricing, portfolio and agency reviews, provide technical guidance, drive market development and profitability, consult with agents and internal partners, train underwriting staff, and support business development and service escalations.

The State Product Manager develops and manages state-specific business strategies for Personal Lines products, ensuring performance aligns with enterprise goals while collaborating across functions and handling regulatory compliance.

The Senior State Product Manager oversees strategic direction and execution of plans for 1-2 high-impact states, focusing on profitability, compliance, and customer needs. Responsible for product performance analysis, stakeholder alignment, and leadership of initiatives to achieve P&L goals.
