Owns the full customer lifecycle from discovery and technical workshops through demos, POCs, ROI modeling, integrations, implementation, go-live, and production handoff. Builds sandboxes, architecture diagrams, simulations, and reusable technical assets while partnering with Product, Engineering, and CSM. Requires strong customer-facing communication, scripting and API skills, enterprise architecture fluency, and comfort managing complex pilots and ambiguous processes.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and personalized outreach to generate qualified SaaS opportunities, research and engage decision-makers, schedule discovery meetings, maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce, and collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to build and pass qualified pipeline.

Lead product strategy and execution for Nash's logistics platform, integrating enterprise systems (OMS/WMS/TMS/POS) and AI models. Drive discovery, prioritize features, scope requirements, validate with customers, support launches, build enablement materials, and measure product impact to deliver operational value for large enterprise customers.
