Lead and scale content production operations for ~125 corporate magazines, building processes, managing timelines, budgets, KPIs, and a high-performing content team. Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Editorial, Design, and Franchise leadership to remove bottlenecks, safeguard brand standards, and increase readership engagement.

Create clean, print-ready advertisements using client-provided text and assets in Adobe Illustrator. Produce fast, accurate work to meet daily/weekly goals, ensure ads meet specifications and team standards, collaborate with designers, communicate clearly with clients, accept feedback, and contribute to a positive team culture.

The Sales Development Representative will contact small business owners, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the Sales team while exceeding targets and using CRM tools.

Manage ad design strategy and deadlines for multiple publications, serve as primary client contact, proof ads for quality, resolve billing issues, track client metrics, and maintain strong relationships with Area Directors and clients in a fully remote role.
