Set technical direction for key management, signing, transactions, dApp connectivity, and asset management. Improve architecture, testing, observability, release safety, incident response, and security while partnering with product, design, protocol, and ecosystem teams to deliver reliable, user-friendly onchain products.

Own and advise on corporate governance, strategic transactions, investments, restructurings, financings, subsidiary governance, employment and compensation matters. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams, manage outside counsel, draft and negotiate legal documents, assess business and legal risks, and improve corporate legal processes. The role requires independent ownership, strong corporate law expertise, executive communication, and willingness to address novel issues in a fast-moving blockchain company.
