Responsibilities include staffing, project planning, client and A/E coordination, schedule and budget control, financial management, procurement, change management, forecasting, safety oversight, and leadership of project engineers, field engineers, superintendents, and construction managers.

Manage large-scale water, wastewater, and advanced treatment plant construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Responsibilities include staffing and leading project teams, coordinating with clients and design partners, controlling schedule and budget, managing contracts and finances, procuring subcontractors and materials, supporting change management, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, and enforcing safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, construction management, and water or wastewater project expertise.

Lead management of construction claims, disputes, and litigation for water, wastewater, and heavy civil projects; develop litigation strategy; manage discovery and outside counsel; draft and negotiate litigation and construction documents; advise executive and project teams on risk and compliance; provide practical in-house legal counsel and support corporate legal initiatives. Onsite at corporate headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado.
