Leads delivery of large-scale, complex projects and programs within approved budget, schedule, scope, and quality standards. Oversees project teams, applies standardized methodologies, mentors internal and third-party resources, manages daily activities, evaluates risks and change requests, recommends solutions, reports program status, and implements stakeholder communication plans.

Leads the organization’s HRIS strategy, governance, optimization, and technology roadmap. Oversees Workday administration, configuration, releases, implementations, integrations, reporting, data governance, security, compliance, and process automation. Partners with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and business leaders to improve HR processes and employee self-service. Manages HR technology teams and transformation initiatives while evaluating ServiceNow HRSD, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Supports Workday business processes, custom reports, calculated fields, configuration reviews, testing, documentation, and support ticket resolution. Works under significant guidance with senior analysts to understand requirements and develops familiarity with HCM, Compensation, and Benefits modules.

Leads complex systemwide initiatives with executive stakeholders, overseeing departmental operations and ensuring projects meet approved budgets, schedules, quality standards, and strategic goals. Applies standardized project management methodologies and supports culture, quality improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

Provides senior-level compensation expertise, analysis, guidance, and issue resolution for healthcare providers across assigned hospitals and units. Ensures compensation programs support business objectives, internal equity, market competitiveness, and legal compliance. Responsibilities include monitoring compensation programs, advising leadership and HR stakeholders, analyzing compensation outcomes, researching complex issues, and developing recommendations. Requires substantial compensation experience, with provider or physician compensation experience preferred.

Support, configure, and maintain enterprise clinical and administrative applications (primarily Epic Ambulatory). Serve as first-line support, troubleshoot system and performance issues, update master files, design and test screens/reports/interfaces, and assist with project task planning and prioritization.

Lead long-range financial and capital planning for the health system through multi-year modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, capital request evaluation (ROI/NPV/IRR), and executive reporting. Coordinate cross-functional inputs, maintain planning tool administration, ensure data integrity and internal controls, and support board and rating agency presentations.
