According to CEO Karl Pomeroy, the company more than doubled in 2022 and has big plans over the next five years. “Our primary goal is to transform the HVAC industry and become a dominant force with our technology,” he said. Part of that growth journey? When J.Jay Holden joined Motili in 2018 as a project assistant, it was through a temp agency. “Starting with administrative duties helped grow my understanding of the innovative technology we offer,” she said. “After excelling in that role, I was promoted to project manager.” Now, as a national accounts sales assistant, Holden is embracing those skills learned in her early days to continue rising through the ranks. “Training opportunities are frequently available to sharpen skills, and Motili even offers a Women in Business group as a great resource to connect and gain insight.”
