Lead division-level strategic planning, market expansion, and portfolio/investment prioritization for Moog Space Division. Provide market analysis, cross-functional alignment, executive communications, scenario planning, and external engagement to drive long-term growth and opportunity development.

Design and develop electrical test equipment and systems (hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, electro-mechanical, electro-pneumatic, servo) to verify product performance for military, commercial, and space applications. Perform trade studies, integrate electronics, document designs/tests, support assembly and test technicians, and maintain engineering records while collaborating with internal customers.

Lead and build a division-wide PMO delivering predictable financial, schedule, and performance outcomes across a complex space program portfolio. Establish program baselines, EAC integrity, reporting frameworks, recovery plans, and talent development. Partner with Finance, Engineering, and Operations to protect margin, strengthen customer confidence, and drive consistent execution.

Design, update, and support spacecraft mechanical systems for Meteor/Meteorite product lines. Create CAD models, evaluate designs for requirements and manufacturability, support documentation/PLM, investigate production issues, and develop test fixtures. Participate in proposals, gate reviews, and change management processes.
