Design, develop, and deploy supervised machine learning models for credit decisioning. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to create data sources, improve modeling methodology, operationalize models, and manage model evaluation and risk for production systems.

Lead fraud analytics for application fraud detection: identify emerging patterns, design and test real-time defenses, balance risk and customer experience, build dashboards and metrics, and collaborate with Operations, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to reduce fraud losses and improve cardholder experience.

Partner with Credit, Data, and FP&A teams, generate investor materials, present to investors and senior management, and leverage large datasets and AI to drive reporting, analytics, and execution across the capital stack.

Support the COO and other senior executives by managing complex calendars, executive and Board meeting logistics, travel, correspondence, expenses, confidential information, and action-item follow-up. The role coordinates with executives, Board members, regulators, external partners, vendors, and event teams while providing backup coverage across the executive suite. It requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, communication, and adaptability in a regulated fintech environment.

Lead a data science team focused on credit risk modeling: design, develop, deploy, and manage production machine learning models. Partner cross-functionally to improve data sources, modeling methodology, risk management, and team capabilities.

Own analytics, modeling, reporting, and recommendations for portfolio management. Design underwriting and pricing for multicard and line-extension strategies, test rewards upgrades and purchase incentives to boost engagement, and partner with risk, data science, and engineering to operationalize strategies and defend recommendations to stakeholders.

The Principal Business Analyst will lead initiatives to optimize underwriting and acquisition strategies, leveraging data analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and credit risk.

Leads Mission Lane’s M&A and partnership strategy, exit readiness, IPO preparation, strategic positioning, and executive and Board communications. Advises the credit card business, directs external advisors, executes transactions from diligence through negotiation, and coordinates cross-functional readiness efforts. The role may also assume leadership of new products, business lines, or acquisitions. Candidates need extensive strategy, investment banking, financial markets, credit, lending, or private equity experience, plus the ability to deliver results through influence in ambiguous, matrixed environments.

Lead strategy and creative direction for paid digital and social acquisition across platforms (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, YouTube, CTV). Build and run always-on testing programs, manage digital creative spend and agencies, and partner with content, product, analytics, and compliance to optimize paid-to-owned conversion paths and improve prospect acquisition volume and quality.

Own and optimize real-time authorization and transaction systems (TSYS TS2, Visa), monitor and tune auth rules, partner with Fraud, Product, and Engineering, build testing and monitoring infrastructure (Snowflake, SQL), manage token/virtual card lifecycle, and support TS2 core backup and vendor interactions.

Provide legal support for Finance and Capital Markets, lead ABS, debt and M&A transactions, draft and negotiate financing and vendor agreements, support IPO/SEC reporting readiness, manage outside counsel, monitor legal/market developments, and assist with corporate governance and board/committee materials.

Own daily cash management and liquidity operations: monitor cash positions, execute wires/ACH, maintain cash flow forecasts, perform bank reconciliations, support AP/AR and cross-functional reporting, assist with controls/audit and compliance, and deliver ad hoc treasury analysis to support the Senior Treasury Manager.
